Service Description
Fire it up! Gather around the charcoal stove and explore Zambian cuisine through a hands-on cooking class! One of our lovely hosts will invite you into her home kitchen or at a community school and teach you to cook common Zambian foods not usually found in restaurants. Booking a cooking class with our hosts gives you a view into everyday life of Lusaka, and it also enables these women to expand their incomes while doing what they all love: Cooking! After cooking, the guests will eat the food together with the host in the traditional way. We promise you an unforgettable day and a new neighbor that you can call your friend. The cooking class is run by our partner, Jiranileo.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before the tour start time: You’ll receive a full refund, minus any payment processing or bank transfer fees. Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued, as we begin preparing your tour the day before, confirming meals, guides, and other arrangements.
