Wander through the oldest continuous market in Livingstone, where our friendly guide will reveal hidden culinary gems and share the untold food history of the neighborhood. You'll be surprised to learn how many foods are only prepared and eaten at homes and never found on restaurant menus. You'll also see how seasonal foods are preserved for sale throughout the year. Next, head to a local home for a feast of 7 or more traditional dishes, each bite a delicious story of culture, heritage, and the warmth of local hospitality. Jiranileo has trained local youth as our guides, promoting new income streams for youth in Zambia's tourism sector.
